Bootle Referees’ Association are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our great friend and founding member, Ian Shepherd.
Ian was a long-standing and much-loved member of our Association, known for his passion for refereeing, his loyal support of Marine, and for always having a question at our monthly meetings. His presence will be greatly missed.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Ian’s family and friends at this difficult time.
